“I have just finished Blood On The Brazos, and I couldn’t wait to say how much I enjoyed it. Ed’s stories always put you in the action, and you can feel the joys, the sorrows, the anxiety, the tension in the sometimes hard life of the cowboys, ranchers and lawmen of these old West towns. You can also enjoy the comradery they share as they cross the vivid, often wild landscape. This is a great addition to the works of Ed Stowers and I highly recommend it!”

“I read this when it was originally released, and Ed is a fine writer. He puts you right in the action, and you feel like you are right there with the characters in the story. Ed does extensive research, and his stories are historically accurate. His books on my shelf are side by side with Louis L’Amour and Zane Grey.”

“Growing up an Air Force Brat, I could relate to some the places the author talks about in the book. The airplanes he spoke off had a way of puttting you in the plane with the characters. If you like various weapons, flying and motorcycles, this is a great book. The characters described were an easy visual and the story line is powerful. It made me chuckle out loud at times and made me cheer for the good guys and even one not so good guy. The details they get into with the weapins is amazing. I could not wait to see how it ended, yet I did not want it to end. I loved it!!!”
